Upgrade to yearly subscription

Would you like to upgrade your live WebEx webinar ticket or recording to yearly subscription package? No problem, just follow these simple steps:

Log into the Webinar Management System (you'll find the login instructions in the confirmation email you received after buying a webinar ticket or a recording);
If you're eligible for an upgrade, you 'll find the upgrade offer in the Special offers box at the top of the page;
Click the Buy button, process the Google Wallet transaction, and you'll get immediate access to all webinars and associated recordings/videos.

When can I upgrade?

You can upgrade to the yearly subscription if you bought a webinar ticket or a recording in the last 6 months. The yearly subscription price is reduced by the amount of all purchases you made in the last 3 months, or the last purchase you made (if you made it more than 3 months ago).

How long is the subscription valid?

Your yearly subscription will be valid for a year starting with the day you purchase the upgrade (regardless of when you purchased the refunded recordings or webinars tickets).
